Saverio J. Pinto

Saverio practices in the areas of admiralty, maritime, personal injury, railroad terminal operations and transportation law. He also has experience handling medical malpractice, transportation and premise liability cases. Saverio also served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Criminal Prosecution Bureau of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. In this role, he honed his litigation skills and tried multiple cases to verdict.

Education, Admissions & Organizations

Saverio obtained his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2023 while being on an academic scholarship. Saverio earned his B.A. from Saint Xavier University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a member of multiple honor societies while also being a student athlete. Saverio is a member of several legal and professional organizations including the Chicago Bar Association and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.

Saverio is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
