Stefan practices in the areas of admiralty, maritime, personal injury defense, and transportation law. He also defends clients in toxic tort litigation involving allegations of exposure to hazardous substances.
Prior to joining the firm, Stefan defended hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in medical malpractice actions. He also has experience in commercial real estate law from his time as a law clerk at an international law firm and has provided pro bono assistance through a probate legal aid program.
Stefan earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2023, and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science from Montana State University, where he also completed an Honors Baccalaureate through the Honors College.
Stefan is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
